Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. We can not guarantee a refund if the photo does not clearly show that your product was damaged during shipping i.e oil has leaked through the box and delivery satchel. If your product is confirmed damaged during delivery we will send a replacement within 7 days.
